This issue of the journal seeks to explore some of the changes that teachers have made to their practice and considers the factors that influenced those changes. one of the aims of the reflective process is to encourage teachers to work with others as a a way of sharing best practice and drawing upon other practitioners for support. We hope that this issue of the journal will function in a similar way.
